• negotiation of commercial conditions
• obtaining installation permits for the artworks and matter such as security, fire, roads, etc.
• complete logistics organisation, including “all risks” insurance
• project financing, including finding sponsors, providing deposit or performance guarantees
• import-export formalities.

The advice to artists also concerns casting techniques, the choice of materials and producers.
